See the master and specialisationsFrom using AI to knowing how to evaluate it
AI already gives answers in seconds. The Chair trains professionals who can check whether those answers are valid, safe and useful for a specific person, and who can turn innovation into measurable, responsible health services.
Education
One master, two specialisations and twenty two-week courses that can be taken separately.
Research
Supervised thesis, critical appraisal, study design and validation standards such as TRIPOD+AI and TRIPOD-LLM.
Practice
Supervised practicum in professional, simulated or research settings, using synthetic or authorised data.
Knowledge transfer
Real cases from Precision Health Alliance and the Shae Group ecosystem of digital twins and clinical AI.
Six areas of work
A structure that brings together human biology, epidemiology and behavioural science with computational models, evaluation and clinical governance.
Precision nutrition and cardiometabolic health
Dietary patterns, metabolic flexibility, individual response to diet, cardiovascular risk, obesity and type 2 diabetes.
